What is facial reflexology?
You stay fully clothed and reclined while pressure is applied across the face, jaw, temples and scalp.
The work is slow and rhythmic, and the pressure is adjusted throughout to what feels comfortable for you.
Many people find the jaw and brow release noticeably, particularly if they hold tension there.
What can it help with?
- Time set aside to switch off
- Tension held in the jaw, brow and temples
- A sense of calm and wind-down
- General wellbeing as part of a wider routine
Treatment areas
- Face, jaw, neck and scalp
What happens during treatment?
- 01A short health discussion to check the treatment is appropriate for you.
- 02You settle, reclined and fully clothed, and the face is cleansed.
- 03Pressure is applied systematically across the face, jaw and scalp.
- 04A few quiet minutes at the end before you get up.

What does it feel like?

Treatment time
Approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
Downtime

Results
Most people describe feeling calm and lighter afterwards. Facial reflexology is offered as a relaxation and wellbeing treatment and is not a treatment for medical conditions.
Individual results vary. No outcome can be guaranteed, and expectations are discussed honestly at consultation.

Frequently asked questions
Is facial reflexology a facial?
Not in the skincare sense — it is a therapeutic pressure treatment, though skin often looks brighter afterwards.
Can I have it after injectables?
Please leave at least two weeks after any injectable treatment before booking facial reflexology.
Do I need to undress?
No. You stay fully clothed throughout, reclined and covered with a blanket if you would like one.
