Consultation-led care
Your Consultation at Zazura
Every treatment starts with a conversation and an assessment, so the plan fits your skin, your history and what you actually want to change.
Why we start here
Skin, hair and pigmentation behave differently from person to person. A short assessment tells us far more than a treatment name does, and it means you are not paying for something that was never going to suit you.
You will see Samira or Maria — the same people who carry out your treatment. Recommendations are made individually, not from a sales script.
Step 1
We start by listening
You tell us what is bothering you and what you would like to change. Nothing is assumed from a treatment name.
Step 2
We assess suitability
We review your skin, your medical history and any medication, then explain which treatments are appropriate — and which are not.
Step 3
Patch testing where required
Laser and light-based treatments need a patch test before a first full treatment, followed by a short waiting period so we can see how your skin responds.
Step 4
We explain the plan and the cost
Our prices are published on the site. At your appointment we confirm what your specific plan would involve, how many sessions are realistic and what it will cost.
Step 5
You decide in your own time
Ask as many questions as you like. There is no obligation to book treatment on the day, and we will tell you if we do not think a treatment is right for you.
Pricing is published, not hidden
Treatment prices are listed openly on our price list and on each treatment page. Your appointment is used to confirm which treatment and how many sessions are appropriate, not to reveal a price you could not see beforehand.
After your assessment
You will leave with a clear recommendation, realistic expectations and the cost in writing where a course is involved. Treatment can be booked whenever you are ready.
