Overview

Vitamin injections deliver B12 or a B-complex straight into the muscle. We're careful here: we check suitability, suggest blood tests through your GP where that makes sense, and we'll gently say no if there's no clear reason to go ahead. We don't diagnose deficiency, and these injections aren't a replacement for medical advice or treatment.

The treatment process
  1. 01 · Screening

Health questionnaire, medication review and suitability check.

  2. 02 · Consent

Discussion of realistic benefit and clear expectation setting.

  3. 03 · Injection

A single intramuscular injection, usually into the upper arm.

  4. 04 · Follow-up

Guidance on frequency and when GP testing is the better route.

Recovery timeline
Day 0 — mild arm tenderness
Day 1 — resolved
Week 1 — effects assessed
Week 4–12 — repeat if appropriate
Frequently asked

Not always, but if you have no history of deficiency we will usually recommend testing with your GP before starting a course.

Typically every four to twelve weeks depending on your levels and symptoms.
